– This refund policy applies exclusively to hosting services (including Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Reseller Hosting) provided by WebpeHost. Domain registrations or transfers & Servers are not included in this refund policy.

Note: If the Payment of the product/services which fall under refund criteria is made with the help of Crypto Currencies we can not provide refund, but we can add the amount to the customer’s funds so that client can use it for any future purchase.

Refund Criteria

– Refunds will be granted only in cases where the customer encounters technical issues or errors related to our hosting or server services that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
– The customer must contact our support team within the 7-day refund period and provide detailed information regarding the technical issue or error faced.

Note: If the customer has registered a free domain and asks for refund within the refund period the domain charges will be deducted and the refund provided will be partial from the actual amount of Payment.

Exclusions

– Domain registration fees and domain transfer fees are non-refundable under this policy.
– Refunds will not be issued for requests unrelated to technical issues or errors with our hosting or server services.
